DOCTRINAL STATEMENT AND POLICY

ARTICLE I.

We believe that the King James Bible of 1611 is Scripture given by the Inspiration of God

and is the Inerrant, Infallible, Perfect, and Preserved word of God for faith and practice.

ARTICLE II.

We believe that God is Triune; that there are three eternal, co-equal Divine Persons in the

Godhead, and that these three are one God.

ARTICLE III.

We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ; that He was conceived of the Holy Spirit

and born of the Virgin.

ARTICLE IV.

We believe that the only way to be saved is by faith in the blood sacrifice, death,

burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God. We hold that the believer is in possession of a salvation in which he is eternally kept.

ARTICLE V.

We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the

right hand of the Father: that he ever liveth to make intercession for all that come to God by Him.

ARTICLE VI.

We believe that The Church, which is the Body of Christ, began with the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost; that each one that accepts the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour is a member of the Body of Christ, and is indwelled by the Holy Spirit.

ARTICLE VII.

We believe that the gospel commission is for the Church; that the Lord’s Supper and Baptism are

Divine institutions, and Christ desires us to practice them in this age.

ARTICLE VIII.

We believe that Christ at any moment may return to the air to rapture the saints, and that the Tribulation of seven years will follow, after which He will come to the earth with the saints, and rule

for a thousand years. After this, the wicked dead will be judged and cast into the lake of fire.

ARTICLE IX.

We believe that Satan is a person, the author of the Fall, and that he

shall be eternally punished.

ARTICLE X.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, both of the just and the unjust: and

in the eternal conscious punishment of the lost and the eternal joy of the saved.
